We should have been sent an appointment for follow up in 3 months time after our last appointment. But this never happenned I had to chase Boots up for the appointment.

Lots of new faces learning their new roles but they were all nice and friendly. Glasses do always seem to be more expensive which is a shame

My contact lens fitting appointment has just been moved for the second time. I received no explanation why, no apology ,just an attempt at a humorous voicemail. One last chance Boots opticians and then I will be going elsewhere.
